Terms of Service

• Eligibility: To be able to use this service, you must be at least 18 years old or recognized under applicable law as being able to form legally binding agreements.
• Registration: To fully utilize our service, you must register as a member by providing a complete and accurate full name, email address, and password. You are not allowed to use someone else’s name or a name that violates any third-party rights.
• Communication: The primary means of communication between you and us will be through emails. We will not carry any responsibility if vital information fails to reach you as a result of you not reading our emails.
• Account Security: You must safeguard the confidentiality of your access credentials. Rental Panel will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
• Ownership: If you are signing up on behalf of your employer, the account owner is your employer. You can transfer your account ownership rights to a third party at any time by updating the account information accordingly.

Prepayment: All Services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date.

No Refunds: No credits for unperformed services are possible. Rental Panel does not issue either partial or full refunds, including cases where your services are suspended or terminated before the end of the billing cycle.

Fraud & Security: It is a violation of these Terms to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, electronic funds transfers, or any other payment method. Your credit or debit card information is heavily encrypted and is never saved directly on our website.

Pricing Modifications: Rental Panel retains the right to modify plan pricing and terms at any time without additional notice.

In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you explicitly agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any illegal purposes or beyond the scope of their intended use.
• Publish content which is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or violates any party’s intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to exploit, bypass, or abuse the billing and ordering systems.
• Compromise the security of the Service or launch Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Send any unsolicited advertising, spam, or unauthorized promotional materials.
• Create fake orders to cheat the system metrics or exploit providers.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated interfaces not provided by us to access the Services or extract data.

Updates: We reserve the right to update the system at any time without additional notice. Updates may include adding or removing functionalities, and bug fixes. We do not warrant that updated versions will not affect your specific use of the Services. Rental Panel will not carry any responsibility for third-party code modifications.

Content Responsibility: We do not bear any responsibility for the content uploaded by our clients. All sample data (Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, product images) provided upon panel creation is strictly for demonstration purposes. It is your absolute responsibility to change it in accordance with your legal and business needs.

Zero Tolerance: Any kind of verbal or written insult directed at a Rental Panel member or employee will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

This Service is provided “as is” and there is no warranty of any kind either express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Rental Panel does not warrant that the operation of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not carry any responsibility for third-party API server operations or failed order deliveries from your wholesale providers.

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, breach of contract, or otherwise, shall Rental Panel be liable to the user or any other party for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for work stoppage, computer failure, or loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Rental Panel supports the protection of intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws, it is strictly prohibited to upload content that infringes any third party’s copyrights on our Service. At our sole discretion, we will terminate accounts which are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
